Software Requirements

InSight Foundation specific software requirements are listed below:

Document Management Server

The e-Content Server will be installed with the following software:

• TCP/IP communications protocol
• Windows 2000 Advanced Server – Service Pack 4
• Java Development Kit 1.3.1_02
• Documentum eContent Server 5.2.5sp1 (W2K)
• Documentum Foundation Class 5.2.5sp1
• Oracle Client 9.2.0.1.0

Oracle Database Server

Option: The Oracle Database software can be installed on the same hardware as the Document Management Server.
The Oracle Database Server will be installed with the following software:

• TCP/IP communications protocol
• Windows 2000 Advanced Server – Service Pack 4
• Oracle RDBMS Version 9.2.0.1.0

Web Application Server

Option: The Oracle Database software and Web Application software can be installed on the same hardware as the Document Management Server. See hardware requirements section of this document.
The Web Application Server will be installed with the following software:

• TCP/IP communications protocol
• Windows 2000 Advanced Server - Service Pack 4
• JBoss 3.0.6_Tomcat 4.1.18
• Documentum Foundation Class 5.2.5sp1
• Java Development Kit 1.3.1_02
• Liquent InSight Foundation 1.1.x

RenderPerfect Server

Rendition Server with e-signature component will be installed with the following software:

• TCP/IP communications protocol
• Windows 2000 Server - Service Pack 4
• Internet Explore 5.5 or greater
• Microsoft Office 2000 – Service Pack 3
• Liquent Vista Component Server 2.1.2 – Service Pack 2
• Liquent RenderPerfect 2.1.2 – Service Pack 2
• Liquent Insignia 1.1.2
• Oracle 9.2.0.1.0(can use the Documentum instance of Oracle)

AnnoDoc Server (Optional)

Option: The AnnoDoc software can be installed on the same hardware as the Web Application Server.
Annotation Server will be installed with the following software:

• TCP/IP communications protocol
• Windows 2000 Advanced Server - Service Pack 4
• Documentum Foundation Class 5.2.5
• InfoData AnnoDoc 1.5.2

Desktop Workstation

The Client Workstations will be installed with the following software:

• TCP/IP communications protocol
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater
• Adobe Acrobat 5.0.5
• AnnoDoc Client 1.5.2 (Optional)
• Documentum Foundation Class 5.2.5 (Optional: Required for AnnoDoc)
