Liquent's Technical Support Department is pleased to announce that the Liquent Lounge is open to all InSight users. The Liquent Lounge enables you secure, real-time access to the information you need, including:
- Incidents: View and search on all your own incidents or submit a new one
- Knowledge Base: Search our databse of helpful information and save yourself a call to tech support. You will be able to view the confirmed Bugs, Fixed Bugs, Tech Alerts and Best Practices
- Downloads & Documentation: Access the latest fixes, documentation and more.
- Online Support Hub: In order to streamline the process by which support calls are logged we provide an online service to our customers that allows you to log calls directly into Liquent's CRM system and search your existing calls for status on recent issues. Customers have the ability to log all new calls, search existing open calls to obtain details of their current status, and to search through the history of all calls that they have logged
- The Lounge also gives you secure access to a User Discussion Forum that enables you to share tips and tricks with your peers
