Software Engineer - Bengaluru, India

Junior Software engineers should have knowledge/experience in software development projects. Employee should be knowledgeable in the use of software development methodologies and have experience across the major phases of the software project life-cycle including product requirements, technical design, software construction, and testing.

• 1-3 years of software engineering experience in a software product development environment.
• Must have good experience in Windows Application development using C#.
• Good knowledge of Java, XML with C#.
• Experience with database systems and platforms such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server is desirable.
• Exposure in Web Services, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, Flex, SOAP and WSDL Using Visual Studio, .NET is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices in product development.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
• Ability to learn, analyze and apply new technologies quickly to solve business problems is critical.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary in order to write Standard Operating procedures, functional specifications, high level requirements etc.
• This person shall have a proven track record of implementing and delivering elegant scalable software solutions throughout the entire life cycle.
